We offer an aggressive bonus compensation program in addition to the base pay . Interested? Responsibilities Conduct thorough legal research to support case development and statutory interpretation. Draft and review legal documents including contracts, motions, pleadings, and briefs with precision and clarity. Prepare for trial by organizing evidence, developing case strategies, and participating in court depositions. Provide expert legal counsel on plaintiff personal injury matters and have the ability to draft briefs and discovery in both plaintiff personal injury matters and business litigation matters. Negotiate settlements and legal terms effectively to protect client interests while maintaining professional integrity. Manage multiple cases simultaneously using efficient legal case management systems while ensuring compliance with procedural laws. Communicate clearly with clients regarding case progress, legal options, and potential outcomes to foster trust and transparency. Skills Extensive knowledge of procedural law and experience in litigation across personal injury & commercial litigation fields. Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent legal writing and drafting abilities. Proven expertise in handling court depositions, trial preparation, and motion filing processes. Familiarity with research platforms. Ability to manage multiple cases. Exceptional client communication skills with a focus on building rapport and understanding client needs. $70,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
