3+ years About the Role A growing firm in Cleveland is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate and Corporate/Business Attorney to join its team. This full-time, in-office role offers the opportunity to manage complex transactions, advise business clients, and work within a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate commercial real estate agreements, including leases, purchase/sale contracts, and development documents. Advise corporate clients on business formation, contract negotiation, governance, and general corporate matters. Oversee commercial property acquisitions, dispositions, and financing transactions. Perform due diligence and guide clients through closing processes.

Qualifications Education & License:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school; active license to practice law in Ohio.

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years practicing law, with a strong, hands-on focus in commercial real estate and general corporate matters.

Skills:

Solid drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
