Key Responsibilities:

Represent the company in litigation matters, providing strategic legal advice and support. Serve as a key legal advisor to the company, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks. Work collaboratively across departments to facilitate the company's growth and protect its interests.

Requirements:

Active bar license. (OHIO) A minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate transactional law and litigation. Entrepreneurial mindset, with a strong inclination towards self-driven success and a high degree of professional autonomy. Strong expertise in managing a diverse range of corporate legal matters. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. A proactive, forward-thinking approach, capable of delivering results and driving initiatives.
