Employment Litigation Associate

Job Description

At Spitz, The Employee's Law Firm , you won't spend years doing document review or waiting for meaningful responsibility. From the start, you'll work directly with clients, develop litigation strategy, negotiate cases, take depositions, argue motions, and prepare cases for trial. We represent employees who have been wrongfully terminated, discriminated against, sexually harassed, retaliated against, denied overtime, or denied protected leave. What You'll Do Meet directly with clients and evaluate employment law claims Draft demand letters, pleadings, motions, and discovery Develop case strategy and negotiate settlements Take and defend depositions Attend hearings, mediations, and court conferences Prepare cases for trial Work alongside experienced trial attorneys while quickly developing your own litigation skills Why Join Spitz? We value work ethic, judgment, empathy, and the desire to become an exceptional trial attorney above prior experience.
