Job Summary:

Support the Chief Legal Officer by: (1) providing legal advice; (2) legal representation; (3) overseeing litigation & risk management; (4) contract review; (5) training employees of workplace rules and policies; and (6) conducting internal investigations III. Job Functions and Duties NO. Representative Duties 1 Conduct internal investigation and handle investigations of government administrative agencies 2 Prepare and review contracts, policies or memos as directed by General Counsel, including NDAs, joint development agreements and purchase and sales agreements with 3rd parties. 3 Advise on internal clients regarding employment, OSHA related, legal compliance and other issues as directed by General Counsel. 4 Manage outside counsel as may be delegated by General Counsel 5 Manage and/or handle investigations of internal complaints such as harassment, discrimination, and/or retaliation. 6 Assist General Counsel in managing litigation and pre-litigation disputes 7 Other duties as assigned by General Counsel 8 Nothing in the Position Description restricts management's right to assign or re-assign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time IⅤ. Qualification Job Requirements Language Languages spoken commonly in the workplace are English.

•Ability to read, understand and comprehend documents . Ability to speak effectively and interact with other team members, engineers, leadership and customers Experience At least 4 years of plus of legal experience as a licensed attorney in the US, preferably having experience advising manufacturing clients. Education JD from an ABA accredited law school Physical Condition This is an office job requiring sitting for most of the day Safety requirements for this position are safety glasses, hearing protection and steel-toed work boots on the production floor.
