Job Description

Our team combines experienced attorneys with a highly skilled and dedicated support staff to ensure efficiency and responsiveness at every stage. Our firm is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our expanding practice in Munroe Falls, OH. This position offers a primary focus on estate planning, elder law, probate, and trust administration, along with opportunities to gain experience in corporate matters. The ideal candidate is dedicated to providing exceptional client service, producing high-quality legal work, and developing a long-term career within a collaborative and supportive team environment.
What You'll Do:
- Meet with clients to assess legal needs related to estate planning, elder law, and probate matters
- Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Assist with probate and trust administration, ensuring timely and efficient case progression
- Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda, correspondence, and filings
- Collaborate with partners and associates to support client matters and deliver high-quality legal services
- Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold the highest standards of professional ethics
What You'll Need:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio
- 2+ years of experience in estate planning, elder law, or related practice areas preferred
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality client service
