We are a friendly, established suburban law firm in Norton, Ohio that is looking to add an associate attorney to our already exceptional staff. The position could be either a part-time or full-time position. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in the areas of probate law and estate planning. Represent and advise clients in the areas of probate estates, guardianships and trust administration, managing their cases from start to finish, complying with all deadlines. Analyze the estate planning needs of our clients and prepare appropriate documents, including wills, trusts and powers of attorney. Represent small businesses and advise them on business formation, entity selection, preparation and review of commercial contracts and business succession planning. Income tax preparation for individuals and small businesses. Appear in court when necessary. Maintain accurate records for billable hours and expenses. Uphold the standards of our firm and comply with all relevant ethical and legal regulations.

Qualifications:

Licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio and in good standing. Preferably three or more years' experience in the areas of probate law and estate planning. Excellent attention to detail, communication, organizational abilities and problem-solving skills. Salary is commensurate with experience.
