Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Attorney with a minimum of 3 years experience to join our legal team, bringing expertise across a broad spectrum of legal disciplines. In this role, you will provide comprehensive legal counsel, develop strategic solutions, and advocate effectively for our clients. Your proactive approach and deep understanding of various legal fields will be instrumental in navigating complex cases and ensuring compliance with applicable laws. Responsibilities Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case development and statutory interpretation. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, legal motions, pleadings, and other legal documents with precision and clarity. Prepare for trial by organizing evidence, developing case strategies, and participating in court depositions. Manage employment law matters, estate planning documents, criminal law and family law proceedings with meticulous attention to detail. Provide expert legal counsel on issues including tax law, family law, tribal law immigration law, and workers' criminal law. Represent clients in court proceedings, advocating effectively through procedural law knowledge and persuasive legal advocacy. Maintain comprehensive case management records while ensuring compliance with all legal administrative requirements. Skills Extensive experience in estate planning, family law, immigration law, criminal law, tax law, probate, guardianship, and/or civil litigation. Proven ability to conduct detailed legal research using LexisNexis. Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in contract drafting, trial preparation, legal motion preparation, and procedural law application. Demonstrated experience in litigation . Ability to handle depositions confidently while managing multiple cases efficiently. Familiarity with CLIO preferred and ability to maintain organized case files. Exceptional research skills with a focus on statutory legal research and legal writing excellence. Adept at client communication and providing sound legal counsel across various practice areas. Pay:

$60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
