JOB DESCRIPTION
The 18th Prosecutorial District (Haskell Counties) is seeking a full-time Assistant District Attorney for the Haskell County Office in Stigler, to begin immediately. The Stigler office, at full capacity, is a one-attorney office with 2 support staff. Caseload assignments will primarily be general felonies and property crimes, as well as the criminal misdemeanor and traffic dockets, and is subject to change based on caseload and applicant's interest and experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Prior prosecution experience is preferred but not required. Juris Doctorate (JD) from accredited law school. Admitted and in good standing with the Oklahoma Bar Association; will consider candidates licensed in other states only if willing to relocate.
