This position may at times be responsible for initiating collection activities on mid-stage to late delinquency accounts or those in escalated legal status. You will prioritize requests from various sources and platforms for financial relationship data, bank generated documents, calculate balances/financial data and escalate concerns to leadership. Education & Experience Requirements This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of an Associate's Degree and 1-2 years of collections, branch banking, or customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
