IS AN INDEPENDENCE CONTRACT POSITION

  • COMMISSION ONLY Join our dynamic team as a potentially very well paid Estate Planning Educator, affectionately known as the "Legacy Builder," and play a pivotal role in empowering individuals to preserve their financial futures and leave meaningful legacies.
In this professional, energetic and impactful position, you will deliver comprehensive estate planning education and foster meaningful relationships with diverse audiences. Your expertise will help demystify complex legal and financial concepts, inspiring confidence and proactive planning among clients. This independent contract (commission only) role offers a unique opportunity to make a lasting difference by educating individuals about essential estate planning strategies with clarity, enthusiasm, and professionalism. Responsibilities Schedule seminars, in which the educators will be provided, but you get the sales. Provide private education to diverse individuals and families, utilizing public speaking presentation tools to maximize understanding and engagement. Complete intake forms with new clients, ensuring their estate plan contains all necessary information to accomplish their goals. Collaborate with our Core Team to ensure the estate planning creation process is efficient and smooth for the client, the lawyer(s), and the company. Lead the signings and notarizations of estate plans your clients purchase. (we provide the notary) Participate in ongoing training provided by colleagues and the company, as well as participate in self-education. Skills Strong attention to detail. Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and confidently in private meeting settings or virtual environments, such as Zoom. Excellent educational skills, both to learn and to teach. Ability to research legal updates related to estate planning through our team. Excellent organizational skills with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. As an Estate Planning Educator & "Legacy Builder," you will be at the forefront of empowering individuals and families with vital knowledge that secures their legacies for generations to come.
