Job Description:

Expectations:

Manage a significant caseload involving high-level and high-asset personal injury or inmigration cases from intake through permanent orders. Conduct thorough legal research, draft pleadings, and develop effective case strategies. Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, trials, and mediation. We are seeking an attorney in Personal Injury and Inmigration. Maintain clear and timely communication with clients, keeping them informed about case status and legal options. Collaborate closely with senior attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure all deadlines are met and clients receive comprehensive representation.

Requirements:

Active Bar License in Oregon Strong analytical, negotiation, and advocacy skills. Ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and court personnel. Dedication to ethical legal practice and client confidentiality. No experience needed Spanish (Preferred)
