Job Description
Overview Nelson Mullins is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join its litigation group in the Berwyn office . As an AmLaw100 firm, this will offer a unique opportunity to a lateral associate who wants to be part of a dynamic team in a growing location. A Day in the Life Nelson Mullins has strong roots in the business community and an appreciation for new directions in the business world. You will be joining a highly skilled team of attorneys who have substantial courtroom experience at the state and federal levels. They practice in a variety of areas including commercial litigation, class actions/mass torts, and product liability. All candidates are asked to submit a cover letter, resume, and law school transcript. We Know You You have 6 or more years of meaningful litigation experience. You have tried product liability and/or complex litigation cases in state and federal courts. You possess exceptional oral and written advocacy skills with strong academic credentials. You are adept in case management and are ready to take the lead. You are admitted in Good Standing to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Admittance to NY is a plus.
