Blue Bell, PA Description:
Fox Rothschild has an opening in the Montgomery County (Blue Bell), PA office for a Litigation Associate. The ideal candidate will have three to five years of litigation experience representing clients in a broad range of complex commercial disputes, labor and employment matters, government investigations and criminal prosecutions. We are not currently accepting resumes from search firms for this position.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctorate (JD) required. Must be licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Superior academic record and excellent writing skills required. Large law firm experience preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic litigation team Experience drafting pleadings, drafting and following up on discovery, developing and contributing to strategy. Handle intensive Multi-District Litigation matters and class actions, as well as the full range of complex commercial cases Clerkship or trial experience a plus. Work Environment & Physical Demands This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment including, but not limited to computers, telephones, printers, and copiers.
Physical Requirements Sedentary work:
Exertion of physical strength to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects up to 10 pounds. Work involves sitting most of the time. Walking and standing is often necessary in carrying out job duties.
