Senior Immigration Paralegal — Law Office of Nona Tilley, Esq. Philadelphia, PA | Full-Time | Salary Commensurate with Experience The Law Office of Nona Tilley, Esq. is opening a new Philadelphia location and is seeking a highly experienced Immigration Paralegal to join our legal team. This position is ideal for someone who already has substantial immigration-law experience and understands how to manage cases efficiently, accurately, and independently. We are looking for a professional who can take ownership of their work, communicate confidently with clients, and work closely with attorneys to keep cases moving forward. Responsibilities Assist with managing immigration cases from intake through filing and completion Prepare and organize immigration petitions, applications, forms, exhibits, and supporting documentation Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and consistency Communicate professionally with clients and obtain required information and documentation Maintain organized and up-to-date case files Track deadlines, notices, appointments, and case status Assist attorneys with case preparation, legal research, and client matters Prepare filing packages and supporting evidence Communicate with USCIS, immigration courts, and other agencies as needed Identify missing information or potential issues before filings are submitted Handle multiple cases and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy Support the day-to-day operations of a busy immigration law office Ideal Candidate 3+ years of immigration paralegal experience strongly preferred Extensive hands-on experience with U.S. immigration matters Strong understanding of immigration forms, procedures, and filing requirements Excellent organizational and time-management skills Extremely detail-oriented Comfortable communicating directly with clients Able to work independently and take ownership of assigned cases Professional, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience with a broad range of immigration matters is highly valued.
