Irwin & McKnight, P.C. is a small general practice law firm seeking to add an Associate Attorney to its team. We are looking for a self-motivated candidate with 1-3 years of experience. Our firm serves businesses, municipalities, families and individuals across a broad range of legal matters, offering attorneys the opportunity to build a diverse and rewarding practice. Practice Areas Ideal candidates will have experience or a strong interest in one or more of the following areas: Civil litigation Family Law Personal Injury Social Security Workers' Compensation Municipal Law Additional practice opportunities may be available based on experience and the firm's needs.

Responsibilities Responsibilities include:

Conducting legal research Drafting pleadings, contracts, and other legal documents Representing clients in court appearances, municipal hearings, arbitrations, and other proceedings Handling Settlement Negotiations Participating in discovery, including conferences and depositions Collaborating with attorneys across the firm's practice areas Traveling as needed for court filings, hearings, client meetings, site visits, and other related matters Qualifications The ideal candidates will: Be licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Be motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable Demonstrate strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Value teamwork and exceptional client service Be interested in building a long-term career within a collaborative law firm Compensation is commensurate with experience.
