Davis Bucco & Makara is a Philadelphia-based law firm specializing in construction litigation. The firm partners with a range of clients in the construction industry, including general contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, owners, developers, construction managers, suppliers, sureties, and trade associations. Davis Bucco provides an array of legal services to clients and has decades of experience in construction, commercial, and real property. The firm operates with a strategic and pragmatic approach to help clients avoid problems and develop effective solutions when problems occur.
Skills and Qualifications:
3-5+ years of experience Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware (or admitted in PA but willing/able waive into or sit for the NJ/DE bar). Strong analytical abilities, excellent writing and communication skills, the ability to manage workload. Candidate should be a self-starter, willing and able to work independently and as a team player. Excellent attention to detail. Experience with Arbitrations, depositions, and discovery is ideal.
