Grow Your Transactional Practice in Conshohocken Our client, a well-respected law firm serving the Philadelphia suburban market, is adding a Corporate Attorney with 4+ years of experience to work side by side with senior attorneys on sophisticated corporate matters from its Conshohocken, Pennsylvania office. This is an in-office role. You will receive regular mentoring, take part in complex planning and transactions, and work directly with business owners and growing companies across the region. What You'll Do Form and structure business entities for a sophisticated client base Advise clients on corporate governance, financing, and business succession planning Represent clients in mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions Draft and negotiate commercial agreements and corporate documents Work closely with business owners, executives, and their advisors What We're Looking For J.D. from an accredited law school Active member of the Pennsylvania Bar in good standing 4+ years of corporate or transactional experience Strong drafting, organizational, and client-service skills Interest in mentoring and growing alongside senior attorneys Willingness to work primarily in office in Conshohocken Why You'll Love It Competitive base salary of $140,000 to $235,000, commensurate with experience Bonus potential Hands-on mentoring from senior attorneys Direct client contact and meaningful deal involvement Comprehensive benefits package Long-term growth in a thriving suburban Philadelphia market Ready to take your corporate practice to the next level?
