Job Summary:

The Labor and Employment Relations Manager is responsible for managing and administering all labor and employee relations activities within the district. This includes interpreting and applying collective bargaining agreements, overseeing grievance and arbitration processes, conduct investigations, ensuring compliance with Pennsylvania and federal employment laws, and supporting a fair and equitable work environment for all employees.
