Job Description
Overview Keystone Heritage Law is seeking an experienced attorney who wants to build and grow a meaningful legal practice without taking on the full operational burden of starting and running a law firm. This is an opportunity for an attorney who wants greater autonomy, meaningful participation in the value they create, and a long-term path that includes leadership and partnership opportunity. Keystone Heritage Law is a growing firm focused on estate planning, business law, and related advisory services. We provide the infrastructure, technology, administrative support, marketing resources, and business systems that allow attorneys to focus on practicing law and developing client relationships. What Makes This Opportunity Different This role is designed for an attorney who wants to do more than simply receive assignments and bill hours. You will have the opportunity to: Develop and grow a practice in areas aligned with your experience and interests Build and maintain your own client relationships Participate meaningfully in business development and client origination Receive competitive base compensation plus transparent, formula-based incentive compensation Receive enhanced compensation participation for attorney-originated work Operate with significant professional autonomy while benefiting from the firm's infrastructure and support Develop a professional reputation and client base within the firm rather than having to build an entirely separate practice Work toward a potential long-term partnership or ownership role based on performance, contribution, and mutual fit A Book Of Business Is Welcome - But Not Required We are not looking exclusively for attorneys who already have a portable book of business. While a book of business is valuable, Keystone Heritage Law is also interested in attorneys who have the experience, judgment, relationships, initiative, and entrepreneurial mindset to build one.
