Associate Attorney - Bankruptcy, Real Estate & Estate Planning Ravosa Law Offices, P.C. - Natick, Massachusetts (Hybrid) Ravosa Law Offices, P.C. is seeking a full-time Associate Attorney to join our busy and growing Natick, Massachusetts office. The successful candidate will initially focus on representing consumers and small businesses in Chapter 7, Chapter 13, and Chapter 11 bankruptcy matters, including Adversary Proceedings, under the supervision of the firm's Managing Attorney. Responsibilities include conducting client consultations, developing legal strategies, preparing petitions and pleadings, appearing in court, handling motion practice, negotiating with creditors and trustees, and performing legal research and writing. As the attorney develops within the firm, there will be opportunities to expand into real estate law, estate planning, estate administration, and other practice areas, allowing the successful candidate to build a diverse and rewarding legal practice. Qualifications Admission to the Massachusetts Bar. Bankruptcy experience is preferred; however, candidates with strong civil, real estate, or transactional experience who are eager to learn bankruptcy law are encouraged to apply. Excellent legal writing, analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to independently manage a caseload while delivering outstanding client service. Professional, dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to working as part of a collaborative team. The advertised salary represents base compensation only and does not reflect the significant additional income potential available through originating new clients and assigned referrals.
