Job Description

ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY
The Law Office of Gress, Clark, Young, and Schoepper , a workers' compensation defense firm located in Beaverton, Oregon, is looking for an associate to assist in the representation of employers in Washington workers' compensation cases. Workers' compensation experience is not required. This may be an entry level position for the right attorney who is coachable and has good judgment. Initial duties will include supporting firm partners by assisting with legal research, brief writing, medical record and surveillance review, discovery, and correspondence drafting with progressive responsibilities over time involving litigation and direct client communication based on the associate's development progress and career goals. Full-Time Salary Pay:
$90,000 to $140,000 annually, plus bonuses
