Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including contracts, briefs, pleadings, motions, and correspondence. Represent clients in court, mediation, arbitration, and other legal proceedings. Maintain and manage a caseload with minimal supervision, ensuring timely delivery of services. Assist in the development of case strategies in collaboration with senior attorneys. Remain an attorney in good standing with the applicable state bar, including fulfillment of CLE requirements. Negotiate settlements, prepare for trials, and participate in hearings.
