Gross Polowy is seeking an associate attorney (5 years) to handle title review, document and pleadings review, motion practice, settlement and court appearances to represent the plaintiffs in foreclosure actions in Pennsylvania (Erie, Philadelphia or Pittsburgh area). Experience with foreclosure actions, litigation, loss mitigation, settlement negotiations and appearances at foreclosure settlement conferences is necessary. Knowledge of civil litigation, motion practice, real estate title and closings is helpful but not required. The candidate must be a highly organized team player with strong written and verbal communication skills. Must have the ability to adapt to changing policies, procedures & practices.
