We are a well-established family law firm seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our team. Our firm is committed to providing knowledgeable, compassionate, and effective representation while protecting the rights and interests of our clients. Our practice includes divorce, child custody, parenting time, paternity, child and spousal support, property division, post-judgment modifications, and other family law matters. We offer a collaborative and supportive work environment where attorneys work closely with experienced support staff and have opportunities to grow professionally while developing their family law practice. Responsibilities As an Associate Attorney, you will be involved in all aspects of family law cases, including: Managing and developing assigned cases from beginning through resolution Researching and analyzing legal issues Drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents Communicating regularly with clients and providing case updates and guidance Communicating and negotiating with opposing counsel Preparing for hearings, mediations, conferences, and trials Appearing for court proceedings both in person and via Zoom Working collaboratively with attorneys and support staff to effectively manage cases and deadlines What We're Looking For We are looking for an attorney who is professional, dependable, organized, and committed to providing excellent client service.

The ideal candidate will have:
