We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our established Daphne office. This office specializes in high-exposure premises and mass torts cases, as well as big truck litigation, and our practice involves extensive discovery, brief and motion writing, report writing, depositions, and court appearances.
Responsibilities:
Manage work independently after training. Collaborate with Shareholders to manage a high-exposure practice. Write reports and briefs, take depositions, and handle discovery. Attend court regularly. Engage in trial preparation and trial in state and federal courts.
Qualifications:
3 years of civil defense litigation experience strongly preferred . Eager to learn and open to coaching and training. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Detail-oriented and curious, with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Office Culture:
Casual office environment with expectations for professional appearance in court. Work full-time in the office initially, with possible hybrid schedule after training.
