We're looking for a motivated junior associate to join our team and grow their practice alongside experienced attorneys who are invested in mentorship and professional development. The Role We're seeking an Associate Attorney to support our practice areas and build hands-on litigation and client-service experience from day one. This is an excellent opportunity for a new or early-career attorney who wants broad exposure across multiple practice areas rather than being limited to a single specialty.

Full-Time Responsibilities Assist with case preparation, legal research, and drafting across civil litigation, family law, criminal defense, and estate planning matters Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and estate planning documents Attend court appearances, hearings, and client meetings Conduct client intake and communicate with clients throughout the life of a matter Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff on case strategy Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school Admission to the Michigan State Bar required , or bar exam results pending 0-2 years of legal experience (recent graduates welcome to apply) Genuine interest in one or more of: civil litigation, family law, criminal defense, or estate planning Strong research, writing, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary, commensurate with experience 401(k) retirement plan Health insurance stipend Paid time off Free, on-site parking Full-time, in-office role in Ann Arbor with a collaborative, mentorship-driven team How to Apply Interested candidates should submit a resume and cover letter to Maple Law Group at , subject line "Last, First; Associate Attorney Application."
