Dostart Law Group, PC is a growing personal injury litigation firm dedicated to representing injured people with integrity, preparation, and results-driven advocacy. We are looking for an associate attorney with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. This is a great opportunity for an attorney who wants meaningful litigation experience, direct mentorship, client contact, and the chance to develop as a trial lawyer in a supportive and team-oriented environment. Position Overview The associate attorney will assist with all aspects of personal injury litigation, including case evaluation, discovery, depositions, law and motion, mediation preparation, client communication, and trial preparation. Litigation experience is preferred, but we are also willing to train the right candidate who is motivated, organized, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities May Include:

Drafting pleadings, discovery, motions, mediation briefs, and other litigation documents Preparing for and attending depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial-related proceedings Communicating with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and court personnel Assisting with case strategy, damages development, and trial preparation Managing deadlines and working collaboratively with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff

Qualifications:

California Bar admission in good standing 1-3 years of attorney experience Litigation experience preferred Strong writing, research, communication, and organizational skills Professional judgment, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic Interest in plaintiff-side personal injury litigation and trial work

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary:
