In this role, you will provide essential legal support directly to the Managing Partner. You will have exposure to a wide range of practice areas, including employment litigation, class actions, catastrophic personal injury matters, shareholder litigation, land use matters, and commercial litigation. Your responsibilities will involve conducting legal research, drafting documents, preparing for trials and depositions, and offering strategic legal counsel to clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your expertise in multiple legal disciplines while contributing to impactful cases and client success. This is a partnership track position. The ideal candidate will be motivated, highly organized, and eager to grow within a collaborative environment. This is not a position for a full-time remote attorney. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive legal research utilizing Westlaw to support case strategies across various practice areas such as estate planning, environmental law, and employment law. Draft legal documents including contracts, motions, pleadings, and client correspondence with precision and clarity. Assist in trial preparation by organizing evidence, preparing witnesses for court depositions, and managing case files efficiently. Support attorneys in litigation processes involving general & commercial litigation, personal injury cases, and employment law disputes. Participate in client meetings to communicate legal options clearly and professionally while maintaining confidentiality. Review statutes, regulations, and procedural laws to ensure compliance and effective case management. Contribute to the development of legal strategies through detailed research and analysis of case law and statutory provisions.

$91,646.39 - $125,000.00 per year
