Job Summary The associate attorney will be responsible for their own caseload and providing support within the office on other cases. In addition to case review and oversight tasks, the attorney will draft probate and estate planning documents; complete MassHealth Applications by compiling and organizing verifications; will correspond directly with clients, and assist with public trainings and presentations. Probate Court as well as District/Superior Court and MassHealth Administrative Appeals will be required and are going back to in-person; however the Attorneys otherwise have the ability to work remote/from home.
