Key ResponsibilitiesManage litigation matters from inception through resolutionDraft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests and responses, and other legal documentsConduct depositions, attend hearings, mediations, and settlement conferencesDevelop and implement case strategyCommunicate directly with clients and provide practical legal guidanceParticipate in trial preparation and courtroom proceedings as neededWork collaboratively with attorneys and support staff to achieve successful outcomesQualificationsJ.D. from an accredited law school and active admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction (Colorado Bar )4+ years of experience in civil and/or commercial litigationExperience in one or more of the following areas: Construction law, Real estate law, Contract disputes, General liability / personal injury disputes, Mechanic's liensAbility to independently manage a case from start to finishStrong legal research, writing, negotiation, and advocacy skillsExcellent communication and organizational abilitiesPreferred ExperienceTrial experience, Mediation and arbitration experience, Experience managing a litigation caseload with minimal supervisionStrong business judgment and client-relations skillsBenefitsBase SalaryHybrid Schedule
