We are seeking a driven Associate Attorney with 2 to 5 years of litigation experience to join our dynamic team. This is a hybrid role designed for experienced litigators who value professional flexibility, a strong support staff, and a steady pipeline of sophisticated matters. You will have the autonomy to run your own cases while being backed by premier firm infrastructure, direct leadership access, and internal systems that actually work. Diverse Caseload:
Take ownership of a robust civil litigation docket focusing specifically on landlord/tenant and evictions litigation. Drive Cases to
Resolution:
Handle cases from pre-litigation through resolution, including drafting pleadings, managing discovery, taking depositions, and representing clients in hearings, mediations, and trials.
Client Advocacy:
Develop tailored litigation strategies and work directly as the primary point of contact for clients. Focus on
Billable Impact:
Collaborate with a skilled team of paralegals and support staff, allowing you to maximize your billable hours and focus on high-value legal work.
What We Are Looking For Experience:
2 to 5 years of active civil litigation experience.
Billable Savvy:
Familiarity with defense-side or private-firm billing practices, with a strong understanding of how to capture time accurately and meet billable targets.
Drive & Autonomy:
An attorney who is ready to step into court, advocate passionately for clients, and run cases with minimal hand-holding.
Credentials:
Active license to practice law in Colorado.
