Job Description
Collins, Zorn & Wagner, P.L.L.C. is seeking experienced Associate Attorneys to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of litigation experience and a strong interest in civil defense work. This position offers the opportunity to handle active litigation matters, including court appearances, depositions, discovery, client interviews, and trial preparation across Oklahoma state courts and federal district courts. Responsibilities Represent clients in civil litigation matters throughout Oklahoma. Conduct court appearances, hearings, depositions, and trials. Manage discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery requests. Conduct client and witness interviews. Assist with case strategy, legal research, and trial preparation. Handle matters filed in Oklahoma Eastern, Northern, and Western Federal District Courts and Oklahoma state courts. Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel. Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Licensed to practice law in Oklahoma. Minimum of 1 year of litigation experience required. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent research, analytical, and organizational abilities. Ability to manage multiple active cases and deadlines. Experience with civil defense, insurance defense, employment claims, civil rights, or constitutional law is a plus.
