Key Responsibilities The associate attorney's responsibilities will include: Conducting legal research involving complex and abstract commercial concepts Developing legal and factual strategies for new and existing matters Preparing petitions, discovery, memoranda, briefs, and supporting evidence Delegating assignments to and supervising supporting professionals Negotiating stipulations of fact and settlements Interviewing witnesses Representing clients in court and before administrative boards Required Qualifications Active Pennsylvania law license Membership in good standing with the Pennsylvania Bar More than four years of commercial tax litigation experience Exceptional academic credentials Outstanding research, analytical, and legal writing skills Strong professional judgment and commitment to high-quality client service Compensation and Benefits Annual compensation ranges from $138,000 to $205,000 , depending on experience and qualifications.
