Frier Levitt attorneys are licensed in numerous states. The Firm has offices in Pine Brook, New Jersey, and New York City. A Commercial Litigation Attorney with 1+ years' experience is sought for Frier Levitt's Pine Brook, NJ, office. We may also consider a candidate who would work in our NYC office. The Associate will be responsible for: Drafting motions in federal and state courts Drafting discovery requests and responses/objections to discovery requests Preparing for a taking depositions

Requirements:
