- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active New Jersey Bar (Required)
- PA or NY Bar admission is a plus
- Admitted to the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey
- 1-3 years of Bankruptcy Court & Litigation experience
- Experience drafting/reviewing pleadings, motions, notices, and attending court hearings
- Strong legal research, case management, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience with electronic case management systems (CaseAware preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Word
- Valid Driver's License Key Responsibilities
- Manage bankruptcy and lending case portfolios
- Draft legal documents, motions, pleadings, notices, and orders
- Conduct legal research and maintain case files
- Attend court hearings, settlement conferences, and client meetings
- Manage a high-volume caseload with timely follow-ups Compensation & Benefits
- $100,000-$125,000+ (Based on Experience)
