Experience in business & commercial litigation, general liability, labor & employment, medical malpractice defense, and products liability is a plus. Salary range:

$125K - $140K Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, location, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Requirements This role requires legal research, drafting of pleadings motions and other documents, taking and defending depositions, representing clients in mediation, drafting and answering discovery requests, trial preparation and trial assistance. Experience with both state and federal courts preferred, as well as state and federal administrative agencies. This position also requires the ability to communicate with both clients and colleagues in an effective manner. This position will require some local travel for court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, site inspections and depositions.
