Our office has the ability to operate under a hybrid work environment. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a broad range of insurance defense cases, learn from experienced attorneys, and participate in case strategy. Our ideal candidate would have 2-6 years of insurance defense litigation experience, a keen understanding of deposition procedures, and an understanding of the Tennessee Rules, Regulations, and Procedures. Responsibilities 1. Independently manage an active case load, working cases from beginning to end. 2. Represent clients in a wide range of insurance defense cases, including, but not limited to, personal injury, premises liability, and construction defect. 3. Conduct thorough legal research to support defense strategies. 4. Draft pleadings and motions, conduct discovery, regularly handle court appearances, depositions and mediations, and prepare cases for trial. 5. Communicate regularly with clients. 6. Work closely with other attorneys and Partners on legal projects. Qualifications
- To be considered for this position, you should possess the following qualifications: o Minimum 2 years litigation experience required.
