Hybrid options available based on experience and performance Mandatory Requirements to Apply J.D. from an accredited law school Active Bar admission in California, Connecticut, or Florida 2-4 years of relevant attorney experience Experience litigating complex insurance coverage matters Experience analyzing and drafting insurance policy language Ability to provide strategic insurance coverage opinions Strong state and/or federal court litigation experience, including pleadings, depositions, and motion practice Excellent legal research, writing, communication, and analytical skills Strong organizational and project management abilities Collaborative mindset and commitment to exceptional client service Roles & Responsibilities Handle complex insurance coverage litigation and related disputes Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents Analyze insurance policies and provide strategic coverage opinions Manage discovery, depositions, motion practice, and court proceedings Collaborate with attorneys and clients on litigation strategy and case management Bonus, Benefits +
