Responsibilities:

• Handle legal work across litigation and advisory matters involving environmental, land use, municipal, business, construction, airport, and real estate topics
• Research statutes, regulations, and case law, and prepare clear, well-supported memoranda, motions, pleadings, and briefs
• Contribute to discovery strategy, document review, hearing preparation, and overall case development
• Examine regulatory and compliance-related materials and provide thoughtful legal analysis on findings and risk considerations
• Participate in client discussions, hearings, and project-related proceedings as part of active matter support
• Partner closely with attorneys across the firm to advance multiple matters simultaneously
• Assist with administrative proceedings and other forums requiring organized factual and legal preparation
