License to practice law in the US required.
Additional qualification in contract law, pharmaceutical law a plus.7+ years of experience managing global contracts throughout their life cycle from drafting templates to negotiating agreements up to setting up and optimizing contract processes,broad experience in managing stakeholder engagements, relationship management with a proven track record of passion and success.
Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device industry preferred.
Legal technology experience, in particular with AI, a plus.
Agile design thinking experience in Legal or legal engineering experience a plus.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to navigate complex discussions with tact and diplomacy.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence others, and resolve conflicts effectively.
Ability to identify opportunities and challenges, evaluate alternatives, and propose solutions.
Strategic mindset with a focus on driving positive outcomes and continuous improvement through automization and process excellence.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools, in working with AI and agentic agents.
Open to drive innovation, in particular digital innovation.
Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to embrace and drive change in evolving business and technology environments.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to collaborate well with individuals at all levels of the organization. Your Skills & Abilities:
Juris Doctor degree required.License to practice law in the US required.
