Annual Job Summary:

Seeking an Attorney to counsel clients with clarity, empathy, and strategic insight while executing case strategies aligned with client goals Responsibilities Manage a caseload of 25-40 DUI and related criminal defense matters Counsel clients with clarity, empathy, and strategic insight while executing case strategies aligned with client goals Represent clients at arraignments, hearings, and trials Handle DMV administrative hearings and license suspension matters Draft motions, conduct legal research, and argue in court Participate in ongoing DUI defense training and skill development Contribute to business development using proven systems ("rainmaking") Mentor and support junior attorneys Qualifications J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and active membership in the Oregon State Bar in good standing 5+ years of criminal law experience (defense, prosecution, or judicial), including trial experience DUI defense and/or felony case experience Courtroom confidence and sound judgment under pressure Experience in Willamette Valley, Eugene-area, Coastal, or Portland Metro courts Spanish fluency preferred Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience Compensation $125,000-$150,000 base salary + bonus
