- 195,000+ If you've built a solid foundation in personal injury defense but you're starting to want more ownership, better flexibility and somewhere you can genuinely continue developing your practice , this could be worth exploring.
Your work will include:
Managing personal injury defense matters from start to finish Taking and defending depositions Handling hearings and court appearances Reviewing medical records and assessing causation and damages Managing discovery under New Jersey court rules Leading settlement negotiations, mediations and ADR Developing case strategies and driving matters towards resolution You'll have real autonomy over your cases , without feeling like you're being left to handle everything alone. Who Are They Looking For? You'll need to be admitted to the New Jersey Bar with at least 3 years of personal injury defense litigation experience . Experience with premises liability and related claims would be particularly relevant, while New York Bar admission and Labor Law experience would both be useful additions. Ultimately, they're looking for someone who can independently manage their matters, communicate well with clients and still enjoy being part of a collaborative team. Why Consider It?
