Our firm specializes in business transactions, corporate governance, and commercial dispute resolution. We are looking for an attorney with a passion for business law and a keen interest in commercial litigation to join our growing team.

Position Summary:

We seek a skilled attorney who is excited to work at the intersection of business law and litigation. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in corporate law, strong contract drafting and negotiation skills, and an interest in litigation. This position provides the opportunity to engage in diverse legal matters, including corporate advisory and commercial disputes.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal counsel on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and business transactions. Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts and corporate documents. Represent clients in commercial litigation matters and support litigation strategy and case preparation. Conduct legal research, prepare case strategies, and draft pleadings and other court documents as needed. Build and maintain strong client relationships, particularly with our Korean-speaking clients.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active bar membership in Georgia. 1-3 years of experience in business law. Litigation experience or strong interest is a plus. Strong understanding of corporate law, contract drafting, and business transactions. Korean bilingual proficiency is strongly preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
