(Hybrid Flexibility) An established firm based in Dallas, Texas with over 40 years in practice is seeking a Commercial and Securities Litigation Associate Attorney with 5-10 years of experience to join their team in a hybrid work environment. This opportunity focuses on Commercial Litigation, Business Litigation, Securities Litigation, FINRA Arbitration, AAA Arbitration, and Complex Financial Services Disputes, representing clients in high-stakes litigation and arbitration matters while delivering strategic legal solutions.
