Description A national law firm located in Honolulu, HI., is seeking a dedicated Entry level Attorney to join their team in Hawaii. This role is perfect for individuals eager to dive into rigorous legal work and gain hands-on experience in litigation. Working closely with seasoned attorneys, you will be involved in all aspects of trial preparation, providing you with invaluable insights into effective legal strategies. Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in litigation processes
- Assist in trial preparation, including strategic discussions, discovery, records review, client interviews, and witness preparation
- Conduct research on intricate legal matters
- Take and defend depositions
- Draft and argue motions
- Maintain an active Hawaii Bar License Candidates should possess:
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities

- Proficient writing and research skills
- Quick strategic thinking and responsiveness
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree
- Active license to practice in Hawaii
