Teruya and Sterling focus on developing you as an Attorney and training you in managing your clients' cases and providing expert strategies. As an Attorney and Associate, you are expected to: Manage Guardianships , Criminal and Family law cases from beginning to end Provide superior customer service and a high level of communication with all clients The ideal candidate will have the ability to demonstrate independent management skills over the legal support staff, the oversight and management skills to report case prioritization to partners, be a strong leader in training support staff, and the ability to continue developing their guardianships practice. Represent clients in all aspects of Guardianships, Criminal and Family law. Responsible for reporting to partners on the progress of filing of assigned Guardianships, Family and Criminal casework by the support personnel. The associate will also be charged with the duties of assigning and prioritizing casework. Must be able to train and retrain the support staff as new acts develop and new personnel are hired.

Qualification Requirements:

Florida BAR License is a MUST Full-Time availability Spanish is a plus
