Full Job Description Compensation:
$175,000 = Associate Attorney $225,000 = Senior Associate Attorney $250,000 = Partner Up to $45,000 in performance-based bonuses on top of base salary

Opportunity:
Our Colorado Springs office is a growing family law team designed for attorneys who want strong case ownership with flexibility built in. This hybrid role is ideal for litigators who value in-person collaboration when it matters, while still having the ability to work remotely part of the week. You'll step into a steady flow of family law matters with the support of experienced paralegals, intake, and firm infrastructure—so your time stays focused on advocacy, strategy, and client results.
What You'll Do:
Manage a full family law caseload (divorce, APR, contempt, and complex financial matters) Appear in court for hearings, mediations, and contested matters Develop and execute litigation strategy from intake through resolution Build strong client relationships with full paralegal and intake support Mentor junior associates if desired (optional, not required)
