We're looking for a dedicated attorney to help clients obtain federal benefits through the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and Social Security Administration (SSA).

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with VA and SSA benefit claims and appeals Review medical records and supporting evidence Prepare legal arguments and case documents Keep clients informed throughout the process Work with case managers to meet deadlines and maintain accurate files

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) and an active license to practice law Strong research, writing, and communication skills VA or SSA disability experience preferred VA accreditation or willingness to obtain it Commitment to helping clients access benefits

Pay:

$80,000 per year plus bonus, depending on experience

Location:

Lehi, UT, with the option for remote work
