The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting commercial transactions, contract negotiations, compliance initiatives, and customer-facing legal matters. $60-$75 per hour Key ResponsibilitiesReview, draft, negotiate, and manage a variety of commercial agreements, including: Sales agreementsSoftware license agreementsSaaS agreementsVendor and service agreementsNon-disclosure agreements (NDAs)Provide legal support for customer and vendor negotiations.

Assist with the preparation and review of responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).Manage and coordinate responses to customer security questionnaires, compliance inquiries, and government audits.

Partner with internal stakeholders across sales, operations, technology, and compliance teams.

Conduct legal research and provide practical business-focused guidance on a variety of corporate matters.

Support special projects and initiatives as needed and demonstrate flexibility in taking on new responsibilities.
